어패류와 수생식물의 번식, 사육, 수확이 수경재배의 핵심인만큼 지속가능하고, 안전한 먹거리, 미래의 발전과 식량부족에 대한 대비를 하면서도 종의 보존을 위해 현 시대가 당면한 문제 해답 제공에 목표를 두고 있는 과정입니다. 본 학과에서 학생들은 모든 종류의 '물' 환경에서 동식물의 번식, 사육, 수확에 대한 과학적이고 실용적인 응용 기술 함양과 종의 다양성과 양식 방법, 양식 시스템의 설계, 영양의 기본 등을 배우게 될 것 입니다.
