1954³â Coventry College of Art(ÄÚº¥Æ®¸® ¿¹¼ú ´ëÇÐ) ¸í¸íÇÑ µÚ, 1970³â Lanchester College of Technology and Rugby College of Engineering Technology(¶õü½ºÅÍ ±â¼ú´ëÇÐ ¹× ·°ºñ °øÇбâ¼ú´ëÇÐ)À» ÅëÇÕÇÏ°í ¿µ±¹ÀÇ ÀÚµ¿Â÷ ¾Æ¹öÁö·Î¼­ À¯¸íÇÑ Frederick Lanchester¸¦ ±â·Á 1987³â, Lanchester PolytechnicÀ¸·Î º¯°æÇÏ¿´´Ù. Áö±ÝÀÇ ÄÚº¥Æ®¸®´ëÇб³´Â 1992³â¿¡ ÃÖÁ¾ ¸í¸íµÇ¾ú´Ù.
