본 과정은 경영 및 관리를 통해 기업이 어떻게 사업을 운영하는지 또는 자가 사업을 생각해보게되는 첫걸음을 시작하게 되는 단계입니다.

조직 내에서 광범위한 변화의 속도와 세계-경쟁적인 환경 속에서 어떻게 효과적으로 수행을 해야 되는지, 어떤 혁신이 필요하게 되는지 등을 배우고, 데이터 분석과 실제 케이스 스터디를 통한 이론 및 실용화될 수 있는 아이디어를 배양하는 것이 그 목적입니다.
