JURIS DOCTOR PROGRAMME (JD)

The Juris Doctor (J.D) 프로그램은 법학과에 첫 발을 딛는 발판이 되어주는 프로그램이며 전공과목에 무관하게 본 분야를 공부하고 싶은 모든 학생들을 위해 설립되었습니다. 많은 학생들은 일정한 햇수의 근무 경력이 있습니다. 이러한 부분을 고려해, 본 프로그램은 학생들이 분석적이고 문제해결 능력과 법의 여러부분을 체계적으로 배우는데 도움을 주는 “소통적 교육” (일명 소크라테스 교육)으로 짜여있어 학생들이 현 법학 분야에 진출해 어려움이 없도록 도움을 주는데 중점으로 이루어집니다.

▶지원자격:

- 지원자가 법대 졸업자가 아닐 경우:

- Cum Laude (학위 3번째 우등) 또는 그 이상의 학점 (Second Class Upper Honours)를 이수한 자.

- 지원자가 법대 졸업자인 경우:

- Cum Laude (학위 3번째 우등) 또는 그 이상의 학점 (Second Class Upper Honours)를 이수한 자.

영어 레벨

모든 지원자들은 학업을 따라가기 위해 영어에 능통해야 합니다. 기본어가 영어가 아닌 교육 기관에서 학점을 이수한 지원자들은 TOEFL/IELTS/SAT1 공인성적을 제출해야 합니다.

지원자들은 SAT1에서 Reading과 Writing 부분의 점수를 합쳐 최소 1400점 이상을 받아야 합니다. TOEFL 또는 IELTS로 지원하는 지원자는 다음 최소 점수를 반드시 이수하여야합니다:

- TOEFL (PBT): 550

- TOEFL (CBT): 7-80

- TOEFL (IBT) 79-80

- IELTS: Overall band of 6.5

모든 공인성적은 2년이내의 성적이어야 합니다.

▶비용:

- 지원비: S$50 (환불불가)

- 등록비:

- S$400 (싱가포르 시민권자 또는 영주권자)

- S$500 (외국인)

본 등록비용은 입학, 시험, 도서관, 그리고 계정 비용을 포함한 금액입니다.

- 학비: S$68,000을 총 4번에 걸쳐서 지불합니다.
